Nicole Thomas was born in Atlanta, Georgia and graduated from Meadowcreek High School in 1998. Ms. Thomas received a bachelor's degree in business from Georgia State University in 2003.
Ms. Thomas attended law school at Georgia State University's College of Law, and earned her degree in 2006. While in law school, Ms. Thomas participated in the Summer Academy in International Commercial Arbitration where she studied with multiple arbitration tribunals in Europe.
Ms. Thomas also participated in the Summer Legal and Policy Study in Brazil where she volunteered with local community outreach programs. Ms. Thomas was recognized by the United States District Court, Northern District of Georgia, for her volunteer work with the Fulton County Jail Project.
Ms. Thomas also received her real estate license and worked for several years in home sales, leasing and property management.
In 2009, Ms. Thomas moved to El Paso, Texas and joined the firm of Pierce & Little. In 2009, Ms. Thomas became a member of the New Mexico Bar and in May of 2010, Ms. Thomas became a member of the Texas Bar. Ms. Thomas is a member of the El Paso Woman's Bar Association. Ms. Thomas currently practices with the firm of Pierce & Little in the areas of commercial litigation, business litigation, and corporate law.
