Our firm is engaged in a broad range of civil litigation as required by a diverse group of clients. In the commercial area, we focus on litigation involving breaches of contract or commercial torts. We have handled shareholder disputes and claims involving breaches of fiduciary duties. We have an active practice in extraordinary remedies such as injunctive relief, attachment and sequestration.
We also have a large docket of personal injury claims. We specialize in the defense of nonsubscriber claims and the enforcement of ERISA plans and arbitration agreements. We also defend trucking claims and other assorted liability matters. We focus our personal injury litigation energies on defense work and typically handle plaintiff's work only at the request of an existing client. Finally, we do a substantial amount of employment claim defense work, including Title VII, the Whistle-Blower Act, the ADA and the FMLA.
